How do I track my Box?

You can track your Box’s transit in the MY ACCOUNT section.

1. Go to our website: https://www.gambettesbox.fr/.
2. Log in to your account (on the top right corner of your screen). Once you are logged in, click on the second icon on the left side of your screen, the MY ORDERS menu.
3. Click on the subscription you’d like to track. You can see all the information regarding the subscription. If you scroll down a bit, you can check out the status of each of your Boxes (in preparation, in transit, delivered).
   

Our Gambettes Boxes are especially made to fit directly into your mailbox. That’s why there are no individual tracking numbers.
