The payment for your Box failed.
Your subscription is now blocked. To unblock your subscription, you must update your credit card details. I will show you how, step by step:
Log in to your account (on the top right corner of your screen).
Once you are logged in, click on the second icon on the left side of your screen, the MY ORDERS menu.
Under your delivery address, click on the “UNBLOCK MY BOX” button.
Fill in your credit card details and validate.
You have up until the end of the month to validate your payment and get the current Month’s Box, subject to availability.
