The payment for your Box failed.
Did you get an e-mail saying the payment for your Box had failed?
You may have changed credit cards. If so, you must fill in your new credit card details in order to reactivate the payment and unblock your Box.
Your bank may also have blocked the payment (in this case, we recommend you contact your banker). In this scenario also, you must fill in your new credit card details in order to reactivate the payment of your subscription and unblock your Box.
You have up until the end of the month to validate your payment and get the current month’s Box, subject to availability
